Privacy Policy

Installed (“we”, “us”) is a marketing systems consultancy operated by Karthik Kumar. This page explains what information we collect when you visit installed.marketing, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

• Information you give us. When you book a call or send an email, we receive your name, email address, company, and anything you tell us in the message.
• Usage data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, timestamps) and lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics so we can understand which content is helpful and which is not.
• Cookies. We use a small number of strictly-necessary and analytics cookies. We do not use ad-tracking cookies.

• To reply to your enquiry and run our engagement with you.
• To send transactional updates (call confirmations, document deliveries).
• To improve the site, the content, and the conversion flows.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We share information with a small set of processors that help us operate, including hosting (Vercel), email (transactional providers), and CRM. Each one has access only to what is needed to do their job.

Enquiry data is kept for as long as a relationship is active and for up to seven years after for legal and tax compliance. Server and analytics logs are kept for no more than thirteen months.

You can ask us at any time to confirm what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Write to karthik@installed.marketing and we will respond within thirty days.

If we change anything material, we will update the date at the top and call out the change in our most recent note.
