GTM systems for B2B SaaS. We do not compete with agencies that sell campaigns, retainers, or "growth marketing services." We compete with the implicit choice of building the system in-house, slowly, while burning runway.

ICP

Pre-Series A and Series A B2B SaaS teams between $500K and $5M ARR. A founder is still close to revenue. Marketing is one or two people, often with a heavy hand from the founder. The team has tried at least two outside vendors in the last 18 months and found that none of them owned the system, only fragments of it.

Wedge

Marketing that runs as architecture, not as a campaign calendar. We install five modules: Positioning, ICP and Content, Demand Infrastructure, Sales Alignment, and Signal Loop. The modules compose into a working system that keeps shipping after we leave.

What we sell, what we do not sell

We sell: the system, the artifacts, and the install. We do not sell: PR placement, paid social management at scale, branded video production, influencer programs, or any work that is fundamentally execution-for-hire without a system underneath.

How we win

By being visibly opinionated. The website is the system, applied. The pricing names the modules. The artifacts are public. A founder can read the site for twenty minutes and know whether we are the right fit, before any call.
